We support Runners Without Borders in connecting Israeli and Palestinian youth through common weekly running practice - because sports has the ability to connect people and make them work towards a shared goal.

Runners Without Borders, the first mixed Jewish-Arab running group, wants to represent Jerusalem in the first international race abroad – The Berlin City Run on the 25th of August 2019. The team involves Jewish and Arab youth from East and West Jerusalem and tries to bridge the gap between the teenagers realities through running.
The team has been practicing professionally in the recent months, but despite their will they have to face numerous obstacles - issuing visas, travel permits, special security inquiring and, of course, financing the expedition. This trip would enable the participants to develop and extend the personal contacts they created through joint trainings and provides them with a life changing experience. Our delegation would also deliver a bright message to the world - that there is still hope to create a trustable connection between Arabs and Jews in Jerusalem and that we have the power to help the next generation to fulfill this hope.
