With €400, we will shoot, edit and produce application photos for the job seekers on an ongoing basis, so that they can present themselves in a professional manner in their cover letters.

Project Details

Our new Job Buddy Program supports the integration of refugees into the German job market. In tandems, consisting of one experienced local employee and one newcomer, the teams work together on application forms. Furthermore, newcomers are given advice with regard to apprenticeships and in-service training. In role plays, job interviews are practised and reflected. Regular meet-ups enable exchange of information and experience to strengthen the feeling of community.
