Nadja, where are you from and where do you live now?
I grew up in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. The stations were Karl-Marx-Stadt, Wolfen-Nord and then Stollberg / Erzgebirge. Bielefeld was my home for 10 years, with the beautiful Teutoburg Forest. But in 2023 it was time for a change and now I live on the Baltic Sea in Flensburg. I feel right at home here and enjoy being able to simply go to the water.

How would you describe your artistic style?
That's not an easy question. I like my photos colorful and bright. Likewise, I like clarity and patterns. Especially in the forest but also in flowers are these to be found. With my photos, I would like to present the ordinary, as we walk past every day, in an artistic and curious way.
-
What's on top of your bucket list (as an artist or just as a person)?
As an artist, I would like to see a little more of our planet. I am very interested in Northern Europe: Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Scandinavia. But I'm exclusively drawn towards nature. As a person, I would like to do a chin-up without support.
