Tibet Charity Denmark is a small non-profit, non-political, non-governmental and humanitarian organisation based in Copenhagen. Tibet Charity Denmark has existed for 20 years and works with local partner organisations in India, Nepal and Tibet. The mission of Tibet Charity Denmark and its partners is to assist poor Tibetan refugees in improving their living conditions through education, health and social services. Tibet Charity Denmark is an organisation run by volunteers, as the local partner organisations have full-time staff employed. The activities supported by Tibet Charity Denmark are planned, implemented and monitored by professional and well functioning local partner organisations. Tibet Charity Denmark is in-charge of overall management, monitoring and financial management. 

Tibet Charity India provides training in language and IT as well as small scholarships for further studies; runs a health clinic, a home care programme and a blood bank; an animal care programme and other social welfare activities for needy Tibetan refugees. Tibet Charity Nepal has also supported Tibetan refugees in the aftermath of the earthquake that hit Nepal in 2015.

Tibet Charity India has several times been recognised by the Government of Indian and by the Tibetan authorities for its exemplary and outstanding humanitarian work for the Tibetan refugee communities.
